The novasens IR502GACV40 is a very robust infrared temperature sensor for non-contact temperature measurement in hot or very dirty industrial Environments.
Thanks to the optional 40mm long extension tube, the IR sensor can also be used close to heat sources such as heating elements, warm air fans and glow spirals. Thermal interference and dirt particles are reliably shielded.
With the help of air cooling/ ens cleaning using compressed air, the infrared temperature sensor can be used up to an ambient temperature of 170 ° C and thus ensures precise measurement results under difficult conditions.
Flushing the sensor optics with compressed air reliably prevents contamination by dust and dirt particles.
Our customers use the sensor in laminating processes, extruders, coal conveyor belts, in tempering and in adhesive application monitoring.
